Do you need help using our internet site?
Using the site with an old browser or Mac
In order to allow the largest number of users to access our pages, we only support current browsers. As a user with a standard browser, such as Internet-Explorer or Firefox, you can view the services on our pages. If you are using an older version, this may cause small changes in the display. Microsoft no longer offers updates of the Internet Explorer for Mac Computers which can lead to problems with the display of our pages for Mac users, therefore we recommend using Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari. The display on mobile devices such as iPhone or iPad, is guaranteed by an adjusted layout for mobile devices. The display differs from that shown on a desktop computer.
Making the screen or text view larger or smaller
By using the standard setting (“M” Display), the pages will appear as usual. Clicking “L” display makes the text larger, and “S” makes it smaller. If another font size has been selected, depending on the system and monitor, this can cause pages to appear too small (illegible) or too large.
Problems with the display? Just empty the cache.
If contents are not displayed properly, just empty the browser cache. For example it can be helpful to delete the cache with the Firefox browser. Click on “extras/settings” in the menu, then go to “cache”.
