Welcome to the W. Trester Institute for Ocular Prosthetics in Cologne
For more than 90 years we have stood for professional, patient orientated ocular prosthetics for our patients. These have formed one of our core competencies since Willy Trester founded our institute in 1923, and continue to be of central importance to this very day.
Personal consultation is indispensable for us and is carried out by a qualified ocularist* in the institute. Our ocularists are experienced and have been through in-depth training. Consultation, manufacture and fitting for the ocular prosthetics take place in our institute from Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5.00pm and Friday from 8.30am to 4.00 pm. Our reception is also available during this time. Additionally, there are regular consultations outside of are institute to offer optimum care and advice to patients who live in neighbouring areas. There are regular consultations in Bonn, Ahaus, Monchengladbach, Aachen, Hagen, Düsseldorf, Trier and Koblenz. You can find out the exact dates by taking a look at our consultation schedule.
